Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  • In saucepan, heat butter, sugar, chocolate chips and Milk.
  • Heat until almost boiling.
  • Remove from heat. Add vanilla, coconut and oats. Stir well.
  • Drop by tsp onto wax paper and refrigerate until hard.
