Fruit and Nut Salad
Looking for a way to sneak some fruit into your picky eater's diet? Are the kids scouring the kitchen for an after-school snack?
Ingredients:
- 2 large red delicious apples chopped
- 1 large banana sliced
- 1 cup red or white seedless grapes
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/3 cup walnuts
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup chunky or creamy peanut Prairie Farms Butter
- 2 tbsp Prairie Farms Half & Half or Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk (more or less)
Directions:
- Mix dressing and pour over other ingredients and serve immediately.
