Ingredients:

Pie

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3/4 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups apples sliced thin

Topping

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp Prairie Farms Butter
  • Chopped walnuts

Directions:

  • Mix and put in 9" deep-dish pie crust.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 400 °F.
  • Add topping mixture. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  • Finish baking at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
