Chocolate Chip Cloud Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 ⅓ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 8 oz Prairie Farms Cream Cheese softened
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375℉. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add cream cheese, brown sugar, and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy, abode 2-3 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
  • Beat in vanilla and eggs. Gradually sift in flour mixture. Beat until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips. 
  • Scoop and drop rounded mounds of dough onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes, until cookies have puffed up slightly and edges are lightly toasted in color.
  • Let cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
