Buffalo Wing Poppers

Spicy and savory, our jalapeno poppers feature three cheeses, cream cheese, mozzarella and blue cheese and a kick of buffalo sauce. A party favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 10 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Container (3.5 oz) Prairie Farms Small Batch Original Cream Cheese Spread
  • 3/4 Cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 Cup blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1/4 Cup buffalo wing sauce

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Cut peppers in half lengthwise, leaving stems intact; discard seeds. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stuff into pepper halves.
  • Place in a greased baking pan. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes for spicy flavor or 40 minutes for mild.

Notes

Ranch Dressing can also be used for dipping if preferred.
