Ingredients:

Acai Bowl

  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 Cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 Cup strawberries frozen
  • 3/4 Cup Prairie Farms whole milk
  • 1 6 oz Prairie Farms Whole Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Acai Powder

Toppings

  • 10 blueberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp granola
  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 6 Mint fresh leaves

Directions:

  • In a blender, combine all acai bowl ingredients. Blend on low until smooth, add additional milk when needed.
  • Divide acai smoothie into two bowls. Garnish both bowls with topping ingredients and serve immediately.
