Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Prairie Farms Sherbet Raspberry
  • 1 cup Rosé wine
  • 1/4 cup raspberry purée

Directions:

  • Chill cocktail glass in freezer for 30 minutes before preparing.
  • Combine Rosé and raspberry purée and 1 scoop of Prairie Farms Raspberry Sherbet in the chilled cocktail glass. Top with fresh raspberries and a scoop of Prairie Farms Raspberry Sherbet.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version substitute rosé with sparkling cider.
