Buttermilk Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 1 14oz package Coleslaw Salad Mix
 - 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
 - 1/2 Cup Prairie Farms buttermilk
 - 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 - 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
 - 1 tsp Celery Seeds
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp pepper
 - pinch Cayenne pepper
 
Directions:
- Empty bag of coleslaw mix in a large bowl and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, dry mustard, celery seeds, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
 - Pour mixture over slaw mix and toss to coat. If desired, add more cayenne.
 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
