Super Protein Cottage Cheese Waffles
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Prairie Farms Salted Butter
- 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup Prairie Farms Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Egg whites
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 1 cup Mixed fruits
- 2 tbsp Prairie Farms Salted Butter
Directions:
- Heat up waffle iron and grease with 1 tbsp of Prairie Farms Salted Butter.
- Blend oats, cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender or food processor until creamy.
- Ladle batter onto preheated waffle iron, bake the waffles until golden and crisp, and remove from iron once baked. Repeat until all batter is used.
- If using a standard waffle iron, separate the waffle quarters and cut the outer corner edges of each quarter into a heart shape.
- Serve warm and top with maple syrup, your favorite fruit, or heart-shaped butter slices. Enjoy!
