Ingredients:

Old-fashioned oats
1
cup
Prairie Farms Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1
tbsp
Honey
2
Eggs
3
Egg whites
1
tsp
Vanilla extract
1
tsp
Ground cinnamon
¼
cup
Maple syrup
1
cup
Mixed fruits

Directions:
Heat up waffle iron and grease with 1 tbsp of Prairie Farms Salted Butter.
Blend oats, cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender or food processor until creamy.
Ladle batter onto preheated waffle iron, bake the waffles until golden and crisp, and remove from iron once baked. Repeat until all batter is used.
If using a standard waffle iron, separate the waffle quarters and cut the outer corner edges of each quarter into a heart shape.
Serve warm and top with maple syrup, your favorite fruit, or heart-shaped butter slices. Enjoy!
