Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Prairie Farms Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Small Curd Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Mixed fruits
  • 2 tbsp Prairie Farms Salted Butter

Directions:

  • Heat up waffle iron and grease with 1 tbsp of Prairie Farms Salted Butter.
  • Blend oats, cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender or food processor until creamy.
  • Ladle batter onto preheated waffle iron, bake the waffles until golden and crisp, and remove from iron once baked. Repeat until all batter is used.
  • If using a standard waffle iron, separate the waffle quarters and cut the outer corner edges of each quarter into a heart shape.
  • Serve warm and top with maple syrup, your favorite fruit, or heart-shaped butter slices. Enjoy!
