Yogurt Hummus
Enjoy a refreshing twist on a classic with our yogurt hummus, made with Prairie Farms Yogurt, fresh parsley, tahini, and garlic. This creamy and flavorful dip is perfect for pairing with your favorite veggies or pita bread.
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
- 15 oz garbanzo beans 1 can
- 1/2 cup Prairie Farms plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons tahini sesame seed paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions:
- Place garlic and parsley in a food processor, blend well.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips, and/or fresh vegetables.
