Roasted Jalapeño Fiesta Dip

We upgraded our Jalapeño Fiesta Dip by adding roasted corn, beans, and plenty of cheese. Make this for a quick dip that looks like it takes longer than 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn drained
  • 1 Prairie Farms Jalapeño Fiesta Dip
  • 1 can Black Beans drained & rinsed

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a baking dish, add corn and black beans. Bake for about 15 minutes, until dry and lightly roasted.
  • Remove from oven and mix in Jalapeño Fiesta Dip and cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
