Ingredients:

  • ½ tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ lb. Ground Turkey
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 cup Prairie Farms Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cup Prairie Farms Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Prairie Farms Colby Cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • ½ cup Prairie Farms Milk
  • 1 can (4.5 oz) Diced Green Chiles

Directions:

  • In a medium-sized pot or saucepan, heat up oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey, salt, garlic powder, and cumin. Stir and cook until meat is browned and no longer pink. Drain oil, then set aside.
  • In a blender, add cottage cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, shredded Colby cheese, taco seasoning, and milk. Blend on high speed, scrape down the sides of blender, then blend again until completely smooth.
  • Pour the blended cottage cheese mixture into the pan with cooked ground turkey. Stir in green chiles. Heat up over stove on low heat just until warmed through, stirring continuously. Be careful not to overheat or else the mixture will split.
  • Transfer to serving bowl of your choice and enjoy with tortilla chips or veggies.
