Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  • Cream sugar and butter, then add eggs and buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda.
  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture: drop tbsp. of batter on greased cookie sheets.
  • bake for 10-15 mins at 350°F or until brown.
