Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups Prairie Farms Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • raw vegetables for dipping

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients except raw vegetables in blender.
  • Cover and blend on medium until smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
  • Serve with raw vegetables.
