Ingredients:
Filling

Prairie Farms Sour Cream

flour

almond extract

eggs

cup
sugar

salt

cup
dried apricots, stewed, drained and cut into pieces
(be sure to use dried apricots, not canned)
Topping
1/2
cup
light brown sugar
1/3
cup
flour
1/4
cup
unsalted Prairie Farms Butter
Other ingredients
Cool whip
Pie shell
Directions:
Beat sour cream, flour, almond extract, eggs, sugar and salt well.
Fold in apricots.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400 °F for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle topping over pie and return to oven to bake 20 minutes longer.
Chill in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream.
