Faux Fried Ice Cream
Remember getting fried ice cream for dessert as a kid and being absolutely flabbergasted that such a thing even existed? Well, you have the perfect recipe for recreating that amazement in your home, but without the messy oil splatter!

Ingredients:
2
cups
Prairie Farms Vanilla Ice Cream
2
tsp
margarine
1
tbsp
finely chopped pecans
1/2
tbsp
ground cinnamon
1-1/4
cups
sugar-coated corn flakes
crushed
4
tsp
honey
Directions:
Make 4 (1/2-cup) scoops of ice cream; place in shallow baking pan. Store in freezer until needed.
Melt margarine in small sauce pan. Stir in pecans. Heat and stir over low heat about 10 minutes or until pecans are toasted. Stir in cinnamon.
In small mixing bowl, toss together nut mixture and crushed corn flakes.
Quickly roll frozen ice cream balls in cereal mixture.
Return coated ice cream balls to pan and freeze until ready to serve.
To serve, drizzle each serving with 1 tsp honey.
