Baked cheesy potatoes with ham, herbs, cherry tomatoes, and basil on a white plate.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen diced potatoes, one bag
  • Prairie Farms French Onion Dip, 8 oz. (or use the whole 16 oz. for creamier casserole)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 Can cream of chicken
  • 1/4 cup Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Package of diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:

  • Mix all of ingredients (except cheese) together. Don't forget french onion dip and milk!
  • Put in 13x9 pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
  • Take out of oven, spread cheese over and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
