Ingredients:

  • 24 Prairie Farms Ice Cream Sandwiches
  • 3 cups Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups fresh raspberries
  • cups fresh blueberries

Directions:

  • Make Whipped Cream: In large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Chill bowl and beaters first for best results.
  • Layer Base: Line 9x13 baking dish with single layer of ice cream sandwiches (cut to fit if needed).
  • First Cream Layer: Spread half of the whipped cream evenly over sandwiches.
  • Second Layer: Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  • Final Cream Layer: Spread remaining whipped cream evenly over top.
  • Freeze: Cover and freeze minimum 4 hours, or until firm.
  • Decorate: Place blueberries in corner for stars and arrange raspberries in rows for stripes.
  • Serve: Slice and serve immediately. Keep frozen until ready.
