Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes with Cream Cheese
These twice baked mashed potatoes are ultra-creamy and full of rich, savory flavor from butter, cream cheese, and sour cream. Baked until hot and fluffy, they're a hearty side dish perfect for special meals.

Ingredients:

potatoes
2
cups
Prairie Farms Half & Half
1
cup
Prairie Farms Sour Cream
1
block Prairie Farms Cream Cheese
1
stick
Prairie Farms Butter
1
tsp
salt
1
tsp
celery salt
1
tsp
seasoned salt
1
tsp
onion powder
1
tsp
pepper
Paprika
Directions:
Peel potatoes, then cut into cubes. Place cubed potatoes in stock pot and cover with water.
Bring water to boil and cook potatoes until they are fork tender.
Remove from stove and drain. Put cooked potatoes in mixing bowl, along with all ingredients except paprika and 1/4 stick of butter.
Mash until potatoes are as smooth or lumpy as you like.
Place in 9" x 11" baking pan. Melt 1/4 stick of butter in microwave, then pour over top of potatoes.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Place in preheated oven at 350 °F for about 45 minutes.
Remove from oven when they are golden brown on top.
