Mom's Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

cup
granulated sugar
1/2
cup
Prairie Farms Butter or margarine
1
egg
1
cup
Prairie Farms Buttermilk
2
cups
sifted flour
1
tsp
baking powder
1
tsp
baking soda
1/4
tsp
salt
Crumbs for topping:
1
cup
packed brown sugar
2
tbsp
flour
3
tbsp
melted Prairie Farms Butter
1
tsp
cinnamon
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, then add egg. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and soda.
Pour half of batter into greased pan and sprinkle with half of crumbs. Then put remaining batter on top and top with remaining crumbs.
Bake in 8" x 12" pan in 350 °F oven for 30 min or longer.
Crumbs for Topping: Mix together
