Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 lb ground beef
  • 3/4 cup Stove Top stuffing (in container)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for on top)

Directions:

  • Mix beef, stuffing, egg, milk, onion, salt and pepper in bowl.
  • Pack mixture lightly in 2-quart microwave-safe loaf pan.
  • Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven for 5 minutes on high.
  • Top with ketchup and rotate dish.
  • Cook for 17 minutes on high.
