Ingredients:

  • 3 lb potatoes
  • 8 oz Prairie Farms Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Prairie Farms Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream

Directions:

  • Boil potatoes and mash.
  • Add cream cheese and mix well.
  • Add onion, sour cream and whole milk. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust milk to desired consistency.
  • Bake in 300 °F oven for 45 minutes.
