Frozen Mint Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate chopped
  • Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Big pinch of salt
  • cups Prairie Farms Chocolate Mint Milk divided
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Toppings: whipped cream, chocolate chips, mint pieces

Directions:

  • Chop semi sweet chocolate into pieces. Place in microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between until melted.
  • Add 2 and ½ Tablespoons sugar, 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder and pinch of salt. Mix together until combined. Add ½ cup of chocolate mint milk and stir again until mixed.
  • Place chocolate mixture in blender, add the remaining 1 cup of chocolate mint milk, and 2 cups of ice. Add more ice for thicker consistency.
  • Blend until smooth. Serve immediately and add your favorite toppings like whipped cream, chocolate chips or mint pieces.
