Stack of chocolate oatmeal no-bake cookies on a cloth, with more cooling on a rack and a glass of milk

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Butter cut into pieces
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut Prairie Farms Butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats

Directions:

  • Place butter, sugar, milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder in saucepan and heat over medium heat, making sure to stir often until butter is melted and everything is well combined.
  • Bring mixture to rolling boil and allow to boil for 60 seconds (make sure to set timer!), stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • Stir in oats and mix until all of oats are coated with mixture and everything is well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheets (I like to use 2 tbsp. cookie scoop).
  • Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes, serve, and enjoy with cold glass of milk or eggnog sprinkled with cinnamon.
