Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 lb red skin potatoes
  • 1 stick Prairie Farms Butter
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
  • 1/2 loaf Velveeta cheese
  • Chives

Directions:

  • Skin 2-1/2 lb potatoes, cut into cubes. Boil potatoes in salt water for 12-15 minutes. Drain water.
  • Add butter and mix with mixer on low for 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup Milk. Mix for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 loaf Velveeta and warm until melted. Serve with chopped chives on top.
