Ingredients:

  • 1 package Duncan Hines golden sugar cookie mix
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 8-oz package Prairie Farms Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  • Empty contents of dry sugar cookie mix and flavor packet in bowl. Add 1 tbsp of water. Mix with fork until thoroughly blended. Save 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
  • Press remaining crumb mixture into un-greased 9" x 9" x 2" pan.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Blend together, softened cream cheese and sugar. Beat in egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
  • Pour over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  • Return to oven and bake 25 minutes longer.
  • Cool completely and cut into bars.
  • Keep refrigerated.
