Spoonful of cheesy hash brown casserole in a glass baking dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms 2% Reduced Fat Milk
  • 8 oz Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 lb package of frozen hash browns
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can French-fried onion rings

Directions:

  • Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
  • Stir in bag of frozen hash browns.
  • Spread half of hash brown mixture in bottom of greased 13" x 9" casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with half of cheese. Add remaining hash brown mixture; sprinkle with rest of cheese.
  • Bake at 350 °F for 35 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
  • Top with French-fried onion rings during last 10 minutes of baking.
  • Approximately 10-12 servings.
