Ingredients:
Beef & Base
1
lb
beef chuck or stew meat
bite-sized pieces
1
small onion
diced
2
cans
mushrooms
drained
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1
tsp
garlic powder
(optional)
Gravy

Tbsp
flour
2
cups
beef broth
1/2
tsp
salt
(adjust to taste)
1/2
tsp
black pepper
Cream Finish

To Serve

Directions:
Heat large skillet over medium-high. Brown beef with onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Reduce heat. Cover. Cook until beef is tender. Add small amount of liquid if needed.
Sprinkle flour over beef. Stir to coat. Cook 1–2 minutes.
Slowly add beef broth, stirring constantly. Simmer until thickened.
Stir in mushrooms. Heat through.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Do not boil.
Cook noodles per package directions. Drain.
Spoon beef mixture over noodles. Serve warm.
