Preheat oven to 375℉. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, brown sugar, and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy, abode 2-3 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
Beat in vanilla and eggs. Gradually sift in flour mixture. Beat until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop and drop rounded mounds of dough onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes, until cookies have puffed up slightly and edges are lightly toasted in color.
