  • 2/3 cup Prairie Farms milk
  • 3 tbsp Prairie Farms butter
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1/3 cup Gruyere cheese cubed
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • In a fondue pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter, milk and cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Add a bit more cheese or milk to get the consistency that you want.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables and chunks of French bread.
