Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter a square 9-inch baking dish, bottom and sides. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and butter. Add to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour mixture into baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set.
Serve warm with berries and milk as desired.
Store in an airtight container in a fridge for up to 5 days.
