Ingredients:

stick Prairie Farms salted butter
1/2
cup
all-purpose flour

Prairie Farms milk

salt

mushrooms
sliced or chopped
1/2
teaspoon
garlic salt
1/4

flour
2 1/2
cups
half and half
2
cups
heavy cream
2
Tablespoons dry minced onions

teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
Directions:
In large saucepan melt 1 stick of butter. Stir in 1/2 cup flour and cook until combined.
Slowly add milk and whisk until smooth.
Add mushrooms and heat for 15 minutes, do not boil.
Slowly add half and half and heavy cream. Add minced onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool. Garnish with fresh parsley flakes.
