Irish Coffee & Cream
A classic Irish coffee topped with Prairie Farms heavy whipping cream.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 8 oz hot coffee
- 1 shot Irish Cream
Directions:
- In a deep bowl, pour heavy whipping cream, and whisk until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to serve.In a tall heatproof glass, add brown sugar, prepared coffee and Irish cream liquor. Stir to blend.
- Dollop whipping cream on top and serve immediately.
