  • 1 (6 oz) cup Prairie Farms Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 3/4 Cup spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Kale
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner consistency, use fresh fruit or add a splash of Prairie Farms milk.
  • Pour into bowl and top with desired berries or seeds. Serve immediately.
