Prairie Farms Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt

Banana, frozen

Frozen Mixed Berries

Cup
spinach

Chia Seeds
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner consistency, use fresh fruit or add a splash of Prairie Farms milk.
Pour into bowl and top with desired berries or seeds. Serve immediately.
