Ingredients:

  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks patted dry
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Sauce

  • ¼ cup Prairie Farms Butter melted
  • ¼ cup Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Barbecue Sauce

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375℉. In a large bowl or resealable bag, add chicken, oil, and spices. Toss to coat the chicken completely.
  • Place the drumsticks onto a wire rack placed over a baking sheet. Bake until tender with crispy skin, about 45 minutes.
  • Make the sauce. In a large, heatproof bowl, stir together the butter, hot sauce, and barbecue sauce.
  • Remove the drumsticks from the oven after the first bake and toss into the spicy sauce to coat. Place the drumsticks back onto the sheet and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
