Chocolate Cafe au Lait
A simple cafe au lait made with coffee, real whole milk and cocoa.
Servings 4
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Prairie Farms whole milk
- 2 cups strong coffee
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Directions:
- Heat half-and-half or milk until hot but not boiling.
- Pour coffee into milk. Combine sugar and cocoa in the coffeepot.
- Pour the hot milk and coffee back into the coffeepot and stir to combine.
- Serve and enjoy.
