Aioli

Prairie Farms Regular Sour Cream

olive oil based mayonnaise

fresh dill
chopped

freshly ground black pepper

To Serve:

bagel
sliced
pulled pork
slow cooked

arugula leaves

Directions:
To make Aioli; In a small bowl, combine Prairie Farms Regular Sour Cream, mayo, fresh dill, pepper and garlic
Warm bagel on low in a toaster. Next, layer on the bottom of the bagel pulled pork, Tzatziki Aioli, tomatoes, onion, and arugula.
Serve with potato wedges and remaining Tzatziki Aioli and enjoy!
