Heat up the grill, your choice of gas or charcoal.
Start with 6 ears of fresh sweet corn shucked and remove the silks. Rinse and pat dry. Once the grill is hot enough grill the sweet corn, rotating until evenly cooked. Remove from heat.
Combine Jalapeno Fiesta Dip and mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl. Next, cover half of the sweet corn ears with the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle fresh cilantro, salt, and cayenne pepper to taste. Lastly, squeeze a fresh lime wedge juice over each ear of corn and enjoy!
