Tzatziki Aioli Pulled Pork Bagel Bun
- 1/2 Cup Prairie Farms Regular Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup olive oil based mayonnaise
- 4 tsp fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- To Serve:
- 1 bagel sliced
- pulled pork slow cooked
- 5 arugula leaves
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 slice red onion
- To make Aioli; In a small bowl, combine Prairie Farms Regular Sour Cream, mayo, fresh dill, pepper and garlic
- Warm bagel on low in a toaster. Next, layer on the bottom of the bagel pulled pork, Tzatziki Aioli, tomatoes, onion, and arugula.
- Serve with potato wedges and remaining Tzatziki Aioli and enjoy!
