Ingredients:

  • Aioli
  • 1/2 Cup Prairie Farms Regular Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil based mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • To Serve:
  • 1 bagel sliced
  • pulled pork slow cooked
  • 5 arugula leaves
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 slice red onion

Directions:

  • To make Aioli; In a small bowl, combine Prairie Farms Regular Sour Cream, mayo, fresh dill, pepper and garlic
  • Warm bagel on low in a toaster. Next, layer on the bottom of the bagel pulled pork, Tzatziki Aioli, tomatoes, onion, and arugula.
  • Serve with potato wedges and remaining Tzatziki Aioli and enjoy!
