- 3/4 Cup Prairie Farms whole milk
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple, chopped
- 1 banana
- 3/4 Cup spinach
- 1/2 Cup Kale
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner consistency add a splash of milk.
- Pour into glass and enjoy immediately.
