- 16 ounces low-fat Prairie Farms Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp parsley finely chopped
- 1/4 cup purple onion finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, purple onion, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Cool in refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving with crackers or with vegetables and garnish with sprigs of parsley.
