Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In an electric mixer, mix egg whites on high until foamy. About 30 seconds.
  3. Add flavored milk and cornstarch and beat for about a minute, until soft peaks form.
  4. Slowly add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. About 5 minutes.
  5. Add 2-3 drops of food coloring to brighten color of mix as desired. For example, for orange meringues, add orange food coloring.
  6. Fill a pastry bag with batter and pipe onto parchment paper in swirls using your favorite tip. Top with sprinkles (optional).
  7. Bake for 90 minutes. Turn off heat and leave in oven for 2-3 hours or overnight to fully set.
  8. Store meringues in an airtight container.
